My Diet

In order of importance, my diet will consist of the following:
  • vegan
  • low fat/non-fat
  • eliminate white sugar and simple carbohydrates
  • eliminate caffeine (first Diet Coke, which I am seriously addicted to, then coffee)
I would also like to start incorporating green smoothies and "superfoods" for health. 

My choice of going vegan is dictated mostly by ethical considerations, but also by the conviction that it is a healthy way of life. I definitely know that it is not a guarantee for weight loss in itself.
